[Abstract] Objective: To analyze the diagnostic value of cerebral CT perfusion imaging in patients with first-episode depression. Methods: 180 patients with first-episode depression in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the observation group, and 180 healthy outpatients in the same period were selected as the control group. All patients were examined by brain CT perfusion imaging, and the CT values of brain lobes after plain scan and enhanced scan were compared between the two groups. Results: The CT value, tip, MTT, rCBF, rCBV of the left parietal lobe, right parietal lobe, left temporal lobe, right temporal lobe, left occipital lobe, right occipital lobe after plain scan and enhanced scan of the observation group were not significantly different from those of the reference group (P>0.05), but the CT value of the left frontal lobe, right frontal lobe after plain scan and enhanced scan of the observation group were lower than those of the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Brain CT perfusion imaging has high clinical value in the diagnosis of first-episode depression. The CT value of brain tissue density of left and right frontal lobes in patients with first-episode depression is lower than that of normal people, and there are changes in frontal lobe function.
