经济学对制度的研究分析在理解经济运行和发展过程中扮演着核心角色。制度，作为经济活动的规则和框架，对资源配置、经济增长、社会公平等方面有着深远的影响。因此，在此基础上，对其研究对象、研究目标及一般的理论架构进行梳理，是其改进与创新的必然要求。

| Abstract |
The research and analysis of institutions by economics plays a central role in understanding the process of economic operation and development. System, as the rules and framework of economic activities, has a far-reaching impact on resource allocation, economic growth, social equity and so on. Therefore, on this basis, it is an inevitable requirement for its improvement and innovation to sort out its research objects, research objectives and general theoretical framework.
