【Abstract】Objective To explore the psychological status and influencing factors of patients with vestibular migraine (VM). Methods A total of 128 VM patients admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to August 2020 were selected and used our hospitals self-made headache questionnaire, Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA), Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) to assess the mental state of the patients , And analyze the factors that may affect the mental state of patients. Results: The investigation showed that among 128 patients with VM, 92 were accompanied by anxiety and 97 were accompanied by depression; VM patients with anxiety, depression were related to the course of disease, education, source of medical expenses, number of attacks, and hearing impairment; among them, the course of disease The number of migraine attacks, educational background, hearing loss, and sources of medical expenses are all risk factors for anxiety and depression in VM patients, and the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: VM patients are accompanied by anxiety and depression, which are related to the course of the disease, the number of migraine attacks, educational background, and hearing impairment factors. Clinical needs should be paid attention to.
