【Abstract】Objective: To analyze the correlation between sexual function, healthy quality of life and mental health in patients with prostate hyperplasia after surgery. Methods: A total of 100 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia in our hospital were selected and all underwent urethral prostatectomy in our hospital. According to the postoperative International Erectile Function Score (IIEF), they were divided into mild to moderate group (n=50) and severe group (n=50). ), compare the general information of the two groups of patients, hospital anxiety and depression scale score (HADS), quality of life score scale (SF-36), as well as maximum urine flow rate (Qmax), residual urine volume after emptying (PVRU). Results: The comparison of general data such as age, disease course, income, work status, and educational level of the two groups of patients was not statistically significant (P>0.05); single factor analysis of clinical data, the quality of life score of the control group, the maximum urine flow rate was higher Observation group, anxiety, depression score and residual urine volume after emptying were lower than observation group, (P<0.05); among the risk factors, maximum urine flow rate and quality of life were negatively correlated with sexual dysfunction, depression score, anxiety score and emptying The post-residual urine volume was positively correlated with sexual dysfunction (P<0.05). Conclusion: Healthy life quality and mental health have an important influence on the sexual function of patients after prostate hyperplasia. Improving the patients healthy quality of life and alleviating their anxiety and depression can prevent the emergence of postoperative sexual dysfunction.
