《中文导航》为日本NHK电视台于2022年推出的初级中文学习者专用教学节目，其前身可追溯至1979年的《中国语讲座》。电视教学节目作为一种更为灵活的教材形式，能够与时俱进地融入新的教学内容。《国际中文教育用中国文化和国情教学参考框架》（以下简称《参考框架》），作为国际中文教育领域首个关于文化教学的纲领性文件，对于评估《中文导航》文化元素选择的合理性以及为其他中文教学节目提供参考具有重要意义。

| Abstract |
"中国語ナビ"is a teaching program dedicated to beginner Chinese language learners launched by Japans NHK Television in 2022, and its origin can be traced back to the "Chinese Language Course" in 1979. As a more flexible form of teaching material, television teaching programs can incorporate new teaching content in keeping with the times. The "Reference Framework for the Teaching of Chinese Culture and National Conditions in International Chinese Language Education" (hereinafter referred to as the "Reference Framework") serves as the first programmatic document in the field of international Chinese language education regarding cultural teaching. It is of great significance for evaluating the rationality of the selection of cultural elements in "Chinese Navigation" and providing a reference for other Chinese language teaching programs.
