理性情绪治疗联合微课教育在髓系白血病心理护理中的作用分析

【摘要】 研究理性情绪治疗联合微课教育在髓系白血病心理护理中的作用。方法 选择本院2018年11月到2020年11月80例髓系白血病患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各40例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上给予理性情绪治疗联合微课教育。比较两组的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、健康调查简表(SF-36)、不良反应。结果 干预后,对照组的HAMD、HAMA评分显著高于研究组,SF-36评分显著低于研究组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组的消化道反应、口腔溃疡、肝功能损伤率显著高于研究组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组骨髓抑制率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 理性情绪治疗联合微课教育可显著改善髓系白血病患者的不良情绪及生活质量,降低其不良反应,从而促进患者的身心健康。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective To study the role of rational emotional therapy combined with micro class education in the psychological nursing of myeloid leukemia. Methods Eighty patients with myeloid leukemia in our hospital from November 2018 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the control group and the study group with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given rational emotional therapy combined with micro class education on the basis of the control group. Hamilton depression scale (HAMD), Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA), short form of health survey (SF-36) and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention, the HAMD and HAMA scores of the control group were significantly higher than those of the study group, and the SF-36 score was significantly lower than that of the study group (P<0.05). The digestive tract reaction, oral ulcer, liver function injury rate of the control group were significantly higher than those of the study group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); there was no significant difference in the bone marrow suppression rate between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Rational emotional therapy combined with micro class education can significantly improve the bad mood and quality of life of patients with myeloid leukemia, reduce the adverse reactions, and promote the physical and mental health of patients.
