The synergy between these two aspects is key to achieving high-quality regional development. Currently, some regions face issues such as neglecting environmental impacts during exploration and environmental protection measures hindering exploration efficiency, leading to imbalances between resource exploitation and ecological conservation. This study focuses on balancing the relationship between exploration and environmental protection by analyzing their intrinsic connections, exploring collaborative mechanisms and technical pathways. It aims to propose scientific coordinated development strategies, provide theoretical support for optimizing exploration processes and improving environmental protection measures, promote benign interaction between rational resource utilization and ecological security, and drive the formation of a closed-loop system integrating exploration, protection, and development.
