Objective: To explore the relationship between anxiety and depression, self-acceptance, and coping styles in patients with schizophrenia in remission, so as to provide a basis for clinical psychological intervention. Methods: Using ICD-10 diagnostic criteria, 211 patients with schizophrenia in remission were collected, and the Hospital used Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS), Self-acceptance Questionnaire (SAQ), and Simple Coping Style Questionnaire (SCSQ) were used for investigation. Results: Among 211 patients with schizophrenia in remission, the detection rate of anxiety was 27.01% (11.25±2.509), and the detection rate of depression was 44.55% (11.47±2.487). The scores of self-evaluation and positive coping factors of the male group were significantly lower than those of the female group (p<0.05). Patients’ anxiety was significantly negatively correlated with self-acceptance, self-evaluation, and active coping (r=-0.509~-0.230, p<0.001), and was significantly positively correlated with negative coping (r=0.155, p<0.05); depression and self-acceptance, Self-evaluation and active coping were significantly negatively correlated (r=-0.503~-0.407, p<0.001). Active coping style plays a part of mediating role between self-acceptance and anxiety and depression. Conclusion: Patients with schizophrenia in remission have a higher incidence of depression and anxiety, and coping styles may play a partially mediating role between self-acceptance and anxiety and depression.
