【Abstract】Objective To explore the effect of Bakers cognitive therapy combined with music relaxation training on the cognitive status and cardiac muscle contraction reserve of patients with cognitive dysfunction (POCD) after aortic dissection. Methods 115 patients with POCD after Stanford A-type aortic dissection in our department were selected and grouped according to the random number table method. 57 patients in the control group were given conventional nursing and cognitive function training, and 58 patients in the observation group were given Baker cognitive therapy and music relaxation training on the basis of conventional nursing. The cardiac muscle contraction reserve, cognitive status, intelligence level and The incidence of venous thromboembolism. Results: After intervention, the number of segmental MCR, the number of overall left ventricular MCR, cognitive function scores, and MMSE scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group. The incidence of venous thromboembolism died in the control group, which was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The combination of music relaxation training and Bakers cognitive therapy under conventional nursing intervention can effectively improve the cognitive level and intelligence level of POCD patients after aortic dissection, reduce the incidence of venous embolism, and promote the recovery of heart function.
