摘要
神话学家约瑟夫·坎贝尔通过探讨神话在引领人类适应社会、探索个人的超越性上所呈现的教育功能确立了自己的神话教育观。在坎贝尔看来,神话教育功能的运作具有明显的心理学的倾向,在教育过程中,神话充当了引导者的形象,将自然与社会背景下人的价值实现和精神潜能的挖掘作为目标,关注对人的内在心灵力量的塑造,这使坎贝尔的神话教育观呈现出人文主义的关怀,并与民主精神的生成有着深刻联系。
Abstract
Mythologist Joseph Campbell established his own mythology education view by exploring the educational function of myth in guiding human beings to adapt to society and explore personal transcendence. In Campbells view, the operation of mythology education function has obvious psychological tendencies. In the educational process, mythology acts as a guide, taking the realization of human values and the excavation of spiritual potential under the background of nature and society as the goal, and focusing on the shaping of human inner spiritual power. This makes Campbells mythology education view present humanistic care and has a profound connection with the generation of democratic spirit.
