The deep integration of modern information technology with college English teaching, particularly the widespread application of big data and artificial intelligence in recent years, has given rise to a new model of data-driven precision teaching. This evolution has positioned digital intelligence literacy as a core competency for college English teachers. However, the lack of digital intelligence literacy among teachers has hindered the advancement of precision teaching. Consequently, this paper proposes four strategies to enhance teachers digital intelligence literacy: 1) Strengthening the ability to collect teaching data through the integration of online and offline methods, enabling teachers to obtain accurate and comprehensive data; 2) Deepening the capability to intelligently analyze teaching data, extracting valuable information to provide a scientific basis for precision teaching; 3) Enhancing personalized teaching skills, which means accurately identifying each students learning needs and preferences, designing customized teaching content and learning pathways, and dynamically adjusting and optimizing during the teaching process; 4) Strengthening digital ethics literacy, which means teachers should be mindful to avoid algorithmic bias and over-reliance on technology.
