随着科技的迅猛发展，AI技术正逐渐渗透到社会的各个领域。在高等职业教育领域，AI技术为健康养老服务的智慧化、智能化发展提供了强有力的支撑。本文通过剖析AI技术在智慧化养老服务行业中的应用现状，提出AI技术对智慧健康养老服务与管理专业群构建及人才培养的具体应用，总结AI赋能高职院校智慧健康养老服务与管理专业群构建的挑战并提出相关发展建议，以期能够为AI技术背景的高职院校智慧健康养老服务与管理专业群构建提供有用建议。

| Abstract |
With the rapid development of science and technology, AI technology is gradually penetrating into all fields of society. In the field of higher vocational education, AI technology provides a strong support for the intelligent and intelligent development of health and elderly care services. By analyzing the application status of AI technology in the smart elderly care service industry, this paper proposes the specific application of AI technology to the construction and talent training of smart health elderly care service and management professional groups, summarizes the challenges of the construction of smart health elderly care service and management professional groups in higher vocational colleges enabled by AI, and puts forward relevant development suggestions. In order to provide useful suggestions for the construction of intelligent health care service and management professional group in higher vocational colleges with AI technology background.
