Abstract: Objective: to analyze the clinical effect and adverse reactions of perospirone hydrochloride in the treatment of first-episode schizophrenia. Methods: from January 2019 to July 2020, 35 first-episode schizophrenic patients treated with risperidone were selected as the control group, and 35 first-episode schizophrenic patients treated with perospirone hydrochloride were selected as the observation group Open analysis. Results: (1) there was no significant difference in PANSS score between the two groups before treatment, P > 0.05; (2) there was no significant difference in social function score between the two groups before treatment, P > 0.05; (3) after 8 weeks of treatment, the scores of social withdrawal, occupation and work, interest and care in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, P < 0.05; (3) after 8 weeks of treatment, the scores of social withdrawal, occupation and work, interest and care in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, P < 0.05; (4) after 8 weeks of treatment, the scores of social withdrawal, occupation and work, interest and care in the observation group were lower There was no significant difference in PRL between the two groups before treatment, P > 0.05; the PRL level of the observation group at the 3rd and 8th week of treatment was lower than that of the control group, P < 0.05; (4) after 8 weeks of treatment, 3 cases in the observation group were invalid (8.57%), 5 cases in the control group were invalid (14.29%), the curative effect of the two groups was equivalent, P > 0.05; (5) 2 cases in the observation group had adverse reactions (5.71%), 8 cases in the control group had adverse reactions (22.86%), P < 0.05. Conclusion: in the treatment of first-episode schizophrenia, perospirone hydrochloride and risperidone have the same curative effect, both can improve the positive and negative symptoms of patients, but perospirone hydrochloride can improve the social function of patients, with less adverse reactions, not easy to affect the body endocrine, so it is worthy of promotion.
