“新文科”视域下应用型本科院校英语专业人才培养模式研究

摘要
新文科建设背景下,应用型本科院校英语专业亟需重构人才培养模式以应对学科定位模糊、课程体系固化、跨学科融合不足等现实挑战。本研究以“新文科”内涵为指引,围绕“守正创新、交叉融合”核心理念,提出英语专业人才培养的优化路径:通过“英语+”跨学科课程体系整合语言能力与行业知识,强化校企合作与实践教学,构建“语言基底—学科融通—数字素养”三维教学模式,并依托多元评价机制与师资数字化能力提升,推动专业优化与模式创新。
Abstract
Under the context of New Liberal Arts development, application-oriented undergraduate institutions urgently need to restructure talent cultivation models of English Majors to address practical challenges such as vague disciplinary positioning, rigid curriculum systems, and insufficient interdisciplinary integration. Guided by the essence of “New Liberal Arts” and centered on the core principles of “inheriting traditions while innovating, and promoting cross-disciplinary integration,”, this study proposes optimized pathways for cultivating professionals of English: by integrating language proficiency with industry knowledge through an “English+” interdisciplinary curriculum system, strengthening university-enterprise collaboration and practical training, constructing a three-dimensional teaching model combining “linguistic foundation, disciplinary convergence, and digital literacy”, and leveraging diversified evaluation mechanisms alongside faculty digital competency enhancement to drive disciplinary optimization and pedagogical innovation.
