[Abstract] Objective: to analyze the effect of psychological nursing on depression and anxiety in patients with breast cancer. Methods: from August 2019 to December 2020, 34 cases of breast cancer patients with routine nursing were selected as the control group, and 34 cases of breast cancer patients with psychological nursing in the operating room were selected as the observation group. Results: (1) there was no significant difference in psychological stress and physiological stress between the two groups before nursing, P > 0.05; the psychological stress and physiological stress in the observation group were better than those in the control group after nursing, P < 0.05; (2) the duration of pain in the observation group was (67.97 ± 9.53) h, intestinal exhaust time was (56.68 ± 6.22) h, ambulation time was (33.52 ± 4.98) h, hospitalization time was (9.55 ± 1.62) d Compared with the control group (86.29 ± 9.57) h, (65.42 ± 7.57) h, (46.22 ± 5.47) h, (11.92 ± 2.79) d, P < 0.05; (3) the severe pain rate of the observation group (8.82%) was lower than that of the control group (32.35%), and the mild pain rate (64.71%) was higher than that of the control group (32.35%), P < 0.05; (4) four patients in the observation group were dissatisfied (11.76%), and 11 patients in the control group were dissatisfied (32.35%), P < 0.05. Conclusion: the psychological nursing in the operating room has a good effect on improving the physiological and psychological stress reaction of breast cancer patients, and can reduce the pain, shorten the postoperative recovery time, and improve the nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of promotion.
