摘要： 分析颈髓损伤并四肢瘫痪患者的社会支持、心理状态和生活质量之间的关系。方法 选取我院近三年来收取的90例颈髓损伤并四肢瘫痪患者，采用问卷调查方式对患者的社会支持、心理状态和生活质量进行评估，分别采用社会支持量表、症状自评量表（SCL-90）及生活质量量表评估，评估三者间的关系。结果 本组患者社会支持总平均分（40.56±5.89）分，SCL-90量表总平均分（172.48±26.89）分，生活质量总平均分（58.84±6.36）分。社会支持总分与心理状态呈负性相关（r=-0.541，P<0.05），社会支持与生活质量呈正相关性，心理状态与生活质量呈负性关系（P<0.05）。结论 社会支持、心理状态均会影响颈髓损伤并四肢瘫痪患者的生活质量，注意调动患者的社会支持系统，采用合理的心理护理，可提高患者的生活质量。

| Abstract |
Abstract: Objective To analyze the relationship among social support, psychological state and quality of life of patients with cervical spinal cord injury and paralysis of limbs. Methods 90 patients with cervical spinal cord injury and paralysis of limbs collected in our hospital in recent three years were selected. The social support, psychological state and quality of life were assessed by questionnaire survey. The relationship among them was evaluated by social support scale, symptom self-assessment scale (SCL-90) and quality of life scale. Results the total average score of social support was 40.56 ± 5.89, the total mean score of SCL-90 was 172.48 ± 26.89, and the total average score of quality of life was 58.84 ± 6.36. The total score of social support was negatively correlated with mental state (r=-0.541, P < 0.05), social support was positively correlated with quality of life, and the psychological state was negatively correlated with the quality of life (P < 0.05). Conclusion social support and mental state can affect the quality of life of patients with cervical spinal cord injury and paralysis of limbs. The quality of life of patients can be improved by mobilizing the social support system and adopting reasonable psychological nursing.
