| 摘要 |
【摘要】目的：分析急诊眩晕症患者接受个性化护理的效果及对抑郁、焦虑评分的影响。方法：将2018年2月~2020年2月我院急诊留观且提供常规护理的75例眩晕症患者作为对照组，将同期接诊且提供个性化护理的75例眩晕症患者作为观察组，对组间抑郁评分、焦虑评分、眩晕程度、平衡能力、不良事件发生率、患者满意程度展开分析。结果：（1）组间抑郁评分、焦虑评分、眩晕程度、平衡能力在护理前无明显差异，P>0.05；护理后，观察组抑郁评分、焦虑评分、眩晕程度、平衡能力优于对照组，P<0.05；（2）观察组发生2例不良事件（2.67%），对照组发生9例不良事件（12.00%），P<0.05；（3）观察组5例不满意（6.67%），对照组15例不满意（20.00%），P<0.05。结论：对急诊眩晕症患者实施个性化护理，可以减轻其负性情绪，提高平衡能力，减少不良事件，增进护患关系，值得推广。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective: To analyze the effect of individualized nursing on patients with vertigo in emergency department and its influence on depression and anxiety scores. Methods: 75 patients with vertigo in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the control group, and 75 patients with vertigo in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the observation group. Results: (1) there was no significant difference in depression score, anxiety score, vertigo degree and balance ability between the two groups before nursing, P>0.05; after nursing, the depression score, anxiety score, vertigo degree and balance ability of the observation group were better than those of the control group, P<0.05; (2) there were 2 adverse events (2.67%) in the observation group and 9 adverse events (12.00%) in the control group, P<0.05; (3) there were 5 adverse events in the observation group 67% in the control group and 20% in the control group (P< 0.05). Conclusion: the implementation of personalized nursing for patients with emergency vertigo can reduce their negative emotions, improve their balance ability, reduce adverse events and enhance the relationship between nurses and patients, which is worthy of promotion.
