| 摘要 |
教学管理是综合医院日常运行的重要组成部分,其水平直接反映医院对教学工作的重视程度。在医学教育不断发展的背景下,建立科学、高效的临床教师绩效评估体系,已成为衡量医院教学管理水平先进性的关键指标。本文基于综合评分法,系统设计了绩效考核的关键指标,创新构建了评估计算公式,初步形成了一套系统化、规范化的绩效考核框架。本研究旨在为综合医院教学绩效考核体系的进一步完善和优化提供理论依据与实践参考。

| Abstract |
Teaching management is an important component of the daily operation of general hospitals, and its level directly reflects the hospitals emphasis on teaching work. Against the backdrop of the continuous development of medical education, establishing a scientific and efficient performance evaluation system for clinical teachers has become a key indicator for measuring the advancement of hospital teaching management. Based on the comprehensive scoring method, this paper systematically designs the key indicators for performance assessment, innovatively constructs the evaluation calculation formula, and initially forms a systematic and standardized performance assessment framework. This research aims to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the further improvement and optimization of the teaching performance assessment system in general hospitals.
