| 摘要 |
【摘要】目的：分析对行手术治疗的宫颈癌患者实施心理护理的临床效果及满意度。方法：选定本院2020年1月至2021年1月住院治疗的120例宫颈癌患者，根据“护理方法的不同”分组，参照组60例患者采纳常规护理，观察组60例患者在参照组基础上采纳心理护理，比较两组HAMA评分、HAMD评分、HHI评分、护理满意度、QOL评分。结果：观察组护理后HAMA评分、HAMD评分均低于参照组，观察组护理后HHI评分、QOL评分均高于参照组，观察组护理满意度（96.67%）高于参照组（76.67%），差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：心理护理可有效减轻宫颈癌手术患者不良情绪，提高希望水平、护理满意度以及生活质量。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective: to analyze the clinical effect and satisfaction of psychological nursing for cervical cancer patients undergoing surgical treatment. Methods: 120 cervical cancer patients in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected. According to the different nursing methods, 60 patients in the reference group were given routine nursing. 60 patients in the observation group took psychological nursing on the basis of reference group, and compared HAMA score, HAMD score, HHI score, nursing satisfaction and QOL score. Results: the HAMA score and HAMD score of observation group were lower than that of the reference group, HHI score and QOL score of observation group were higher than that of the reference group, and the nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of the reference group (76.67%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: psychological nursing can effectively reduce the bad mood of cervical cancer patients, improve the level of hope, satisfaction of nursing and quality of life.
