芪蓉润肠口服液对精神分裂症伴发便秘患者的临床疗效研究

| 摘要 |
【摘要】目的：探究芪蓉润肠口服液对精神分裂症伴便秘症状患者的治疗效果。方法：选取2019年1月-2020年10月在我院治疗的80例精神分裂症伴便秘患者，随机分为对照组（利培酮口崩片+琥珀酸普芦卡必利片；40例）与观察组（利培酮口崩片+芪蓉润肠口服液；40例），对比两组患者临床疗效、便秘症状积分、精神状态、生活质量以及不良反应情况。结果：观察组治疗有效率达95.00%，明显高于对照组有效率77.50%（P＜0.05）。治疗后，观察组病例的NORS评分明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）；便秘症状积分、PAC-QOL评分以及不良反应发生率明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：芪蓉润肠口服液对精神分裂症患者的便秘症状具有显著疗效，可有效改善其排便情况，不良反应发生风险较低，有利于患者的长期治疗。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective To investigate therapeutic efficacy of Qirong Runchang Oral Liquid in the treatment of schizophrenic patients with constipation. Methods A total of 80 schizophrenic patients with constipation were selected from our hospital during Jan.2019-Oct.2020, and random divided into control group(Risperidone orally disintegrating tablets+Prucalopride succinate tablets, 40 cases) and observation group(Risperidone orally disintegrating tablets+Qirong Runchang oral liquid, 40 cases). Observed and compared the clinical efficacies, constipation symptom score, mental conditions, life quality, and adverse reactions of the two groups. Results The response rate of observation group was 95.00％，which was significantly higher than 77.50％ of control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the NORS score was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05)，the constipation symptom score，the PAC-QOL score and the incidence of adverse reactions were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Qirong Runchang oral liquid has an significant curative effect in the treatment of Schizophrenic patients’ constipation symptoms．It could effectively improve the defecation, has low adverse reactions, is beneficial to long-term treatment of patients.
