【Abstract】Objective To study the effects of taking duloxetine hydrochloride enteric-coated tablets on the degree of cancer pain, β-endorphin levels and negative emotions in patients with advanced cancer pain and depression. Methods Ninety-five patients with advanced cancer pain and depression in our department were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method. Forty-seven patients in the control group were given oxycodone sustained-release tablets combined with gabapentin, and 48 patients in the observation group were combined with duloxetine hydrochloride enteric-coated tablets on the basis of the control group. The pain relief rate, cancer pain degree, negative degree and β of the two groups were compared -The level of endorphins and the amount of oxycodone are different. Results After treatment, the indicators of the two groups of patients were significantly improved compared with those before the intervention. Among them, the oxycodone dosage of the two groups of patients increased differently than before the treatment, but the increase of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the observation group had β -Endorphin levels were higher than the control group (P<0.05), and the NRS score, cancer pain frequency, SDS score, and SAS score were lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Duloxetine hydrochloride enteric-coated tablets can reduce the degree of pain in patients with advanced cancer, reduce the frequency of cancer pain, at the same time alleviate the generation of depression, reduce negative emotions, and regulate the level of β-endorphin in the body, thereby improving the quality of life of patients. Has a good clinical effect.
