| 摘要 |
目的 探析接受辅助生殖技术治疗高龄妇女采取优质护理对其心理状态及护理满意度的影响。方法本次研究对象为280例接受辅助生殖技术治疗高龄妇女，抽取时间为抽取时间为2022年1月-2023年1月。按照随机数字表法将上述对象分为两组，即为参考组及实验组，每组140例。其中参考组采取常规护理，实验组采取优质护理，对两组护理效果进行评价。结果 实验组负面情绪评分低于参考组（P＜0.05）。实验组护理满意度高于参考组（P＜0.05）。结论 接受辅助生殖技术治疗高龄妇女采取优质护理效果显著，能够显著缓解高龄妇女的负面情绪，提升其护理满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing on the psychological state and nursing satisfaction of elderly women receiving assisted reproductive technology. Methods The subjects of this study were 280 elderly women receiving assisted reproductive technology, and the sampling time was from January 2022 to January 2023. According to the random number table method, the above subjects were divided into two groups, namely the reference group and the experimental group, with 140 cases in each group. The reference group adopted conventional nursing, and the experimental group adopted high-quality nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were evaluated. Results The negative emotion score of the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group (P＜0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The high-quality nursing of elderly women receiving assisted reproductive technology is effective, which can significantly alleviate the negative emotions of elderly women and improve their nursing satisfaction.
