| 摘要 |
目的 分析全程护理干预改善药物临床试验中恶性肿瘤受试者依从性的效果。方法 选择临床研究病房2023年8月至2024年8月成功入组肿瘤药物临床试验受试者40例为研究对象，按照随机数字法分为参考组20例和实验组20例。参考组采用常规护理干预，实验组采取全程护理干预。对比两组的依从性及心理状态。结果 实验组的药物临床实验依从性明显优于参考组（P<0.05）；实验组的SAS及SDS评分均明显更低（P<0.05）。结论 全程护理干预能够有效提升药物临床试验中恶性肿瘤受试者的依从性，改善其心理状态，值得临床推广使用。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of whole process nursing intervention on improving the compliance of malignant tumor subjects in drug clinical trials. Methods Forty subjects with malignant tumors in our hospital from August 2022 to August 2024 were selected as the research subjects for a phase III clinical trial of non-small cell lung cancer patients. The experimental drug was dapoxetine A (erythropoietin) injection, which was randomly divided into a reference group of 20 cases and an experimental group of 20 cases according to the random number method. The reference group received routine nursing intervention, while the experimental group received full course nursing intervention. Compare the compliance and psychological status of the two groups. Results The clinical trial compliance of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the reference group (P<0.05); The SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were significantly lower (P<0.05). Conclusion Whole process nursing intervention can effectively improve the compliance and psychological state of malignant tumor subjects in drug clinical trials, and is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
