Objective To analyze the effect of risk management in electroconvulsive treatment. Methods the study object of our receiving refractory 50 patients with schizophrenia, selected patients using the random number table method is divided into observation group and control group, each group with 25 cases, two groups of patients without no electroconvulsive treatment, control group during routine care management, observation organization give risk nursing management, comparison and analysis of the two groups of nursing management effect. Results The quality of nursing management of the observation group improved significantly compared with the control group, the incidence of risk events was lower than that of the control group, the patients with schizophrenia negative and positive symptoms were significantly better than that of the control group, the cognitive recovery effect compared with the control group, and the quality of life of patients was significantly improved compared with the control group. (P <0.05). Conclusion The risk management in the electroconvulsive treatment of refractory schizophrenia patients can further improve the quality of clinical management and the treatment safety of patients, reduce the occurrence of risk events, improve the treatment effect of patients, and improve the quality of life of patients.
