Objective This study aims to explore the application effect of clinical nursing management in patients with liver cancer during interventional radiotherapy. Methods This study took 84 patients with liver cancer who received interventional radiotherapy in our hospital as the research subjects. According to the principle of random allocation, these subjects were divided into two groups: a control group (42 patients, receiving routine care) and an experimental group (42 patients, implementing clinical nursing management). The nursing effectiveness data of the two groups of patients were collected, sorted and compared and analyzed. Results The self-care scores and quality of life scores of the patients in the experimental group showed obvious superiority compared with those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups reached a statistically significant level (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of clinical nursing management strategies in the process of interventional radiotherapy for patients with liver cancer can significantly improve the patients self-care ability and quality of life, and has achieved remarkable results in clinical practice.
