| 摘要 |
目的 探究精神障碍患者采取文化素养护理的价值。方法 选取本院托管病区2024年1月~2024年12月收治精神障碍患者进行随机分组研究,共纳入196例患者划分2组各98例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施文化素养护理。以社会功能、应对方式作为观察项目,评价2组干预效果。结果 2组患者干预后住院精神患者社会功能评定量表(SPPI)较干预前增加(P<0.05);观察组该评分相比对照组更高(P<0.05)。2组患者干预后特质应对方式问卷(TCSQ)较干预前增加(P<0.05);观察组该评分相比对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论 精神障碍患者采取文化素养护理能提升其社会功能,树立积极应对方式。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the value of cultural literacy nursing for patients with mental disorders. Methods Patients with mental disorders admitted to the managed ward of our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were randomly divided into two groups, with 98 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received cultural literacy nursing. Social function and coping style were used as observation items to evaluate the intervention effects of the two groups. Results The Social Function Rating Scale (SPPI) of inpatients with mental illness in the two groups increased after intervention compared with before intervention (P<0.05); the score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The Trait Coping Style Questionnaire (TCSQ) of the two groups increased after intervention compared with before intervention (P<0.05); the score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Cultural literacy nursing for patients with mental disorders can improve their social function and establish positive coping styles.
