| 摘要 |
目的 分析医护一体化护理在肝癌手术患者中的实际成效。方法 选取2023年9月至2024年9月期间，在我院接受手术治疗的60例肝癌患者作为研究样本。按照随机化原则分为参考组和实验组，每组均包含30例。参考组采取常规护理，实验组采取医护一体化护理。对比两组的术后生活质量及并发症发生情况的差异。结果 与参考组相比，实验组的术后生活质量明显更优（P<0.05）；实验组的并发症发生率显著更低（P<0.05）。结论 医护一体化护理模式在肝癌手术患者中具有显著的应用效果，能够显著提升患者的术后生活质量，并有效降低并发症风险。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the actual effectiveness of integrated medical and nursing care in patients undergoing liver cancer surgery. Methods Sixty liver cancer patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from September 2023 to September 2024 were selected as the study sample. According to the randomization principle, they were divided into a reference group and an experimental group, each group containing 30 cases. The reference group received routine nursing care, while the experimental group received integrated medical and nursing care. Compare the differences in postoperative quality of life and incidence of complications between the two groups. Results Compared with the reference group, the experimental group had significantly better postoperative quality of life (P<0.05); The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower (P<0.05). Conclusion The integrated nursing model of medical care has significant application effects in patients undergoing liver cancer surgery, which can significantly improve their postoperative quality of life and effectively reduce the risk of complications.
