| 摘要 |
目的 探析试管婴儿孕产妇特殊心理及护理策略。方法 将于2022年1月-2023年1月期间到我院就诊的50例试管婴儿孕产妇为研究对象，将其设为实验组。对上述对象的相关资料予以回顾性分析，采取SCL-90症状自评量表分析试管婴儿孕产妇的特殊心理，并采取相应的护理措施，且与2022年 1月之前的50例试管婴儿孕产妇（参考组）予以对比。结果 实验组早产率、妊娠终止率低于参考组（P＜0.05），顺产率高于参考组（P＜0.05）。结论 通过分析试管婴儿孕产妇的特殊心理，采取相应的护理措施，可对试管婴儿孕产妇的妊娠结局予以改善。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the special psychology and nursing strategies of pregnant women undergoing in vitro fertilization. Methods 50 pregnant women who received IVF treatment at our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects and set up as the experimental group. A retrospective analysis was conducted on the relevant data of the above-mentioned subjects, and the SCL-90 symptom self-assessment scale was used to analyze the special psychology of pregnant women undergoing in vitro fertilization, and corresponding nursing measures were taken. The results were compared with 50 pregnant women undergoing in vitro fertilization before January 2022 (reference group). Results The premature birth rate and pregnancy termination rate in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group (P<0.05), and the vaginal delivery rate was higher than that in the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion By analyzing the special psychology of pregnant women undergoing in vitro fertilization and taking corresponding nursing measures, the pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women undergoing in vitro fertilization can be improved.
