| 摘要 |
目的 探究实施快速康复外科护理对腹腔镜下肾肿瘤剜除术围手术期的临床效果及患者各项指标情况。方法 选取2023年8月至2024年5月在我院收治的70例行腹腔镜下肾肿瘤剜除术患者。随机分为对照组（35例）和观察组（35例），对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用快速康复外科护理。对比两组患者各项指标情况及护理满意度。结果 护理后，观察组首次排气时间、首次下床时间、住院时间都短于对照组，护理满意度更高。其差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 腹腔镜下肾肿瘤剜除术围手术期实施快速康复外科护理的临床效果显著，可有效促进患者术后恢复，提高患者满意度，值得在临床上推广和应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the clinical effects and patient indicators of implementing rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing on laparoscopic renal tumor resection during the perioperative period. Methods Seventy patients who underwent laparoscopic nephrectomy in our hospital from August 2023 to May 2024 were selected. Randomly divided into a control group (35 cases) and an observation group (35 cases), with the control group receiving routine care and the observation group receiving rapid recovery surgical care. Compare the various indicators and nursing satisfaction between two groups of patients. Results After nursing, the observation group had shorter first exhaust time, first time getting out of bed, and hospitalization time compared to the control group, and had higher nursing satisfaction. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of implementing rapid recovery surgical nursing during the perioperative period of laparoscopic renal tumor resection is significant, which can effectively promote postoperative recovery and improve patient satisfaction. It is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
