[Abstract] Objective: to analyze the clinical effect and psychological state of red and blue light combined with adapalene on patients with moderate and severe acne. Methods: 112 patients with moderate and severe acne in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to "different treatment methods". Both groups received routine clinical treatment, 56 patients in the reference group were treated with adapalene, and 56 patients in the observation group were treated with red and blue light + adapalene. The clinical efficacy, clinical symptom score, SAS score and SD score of the two groups were compared S score, the total incidence of adverse reactions. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group (96.43%) was higher than that of the reference group (76.79%), and the cysts, itching, tenderness scores, SAS scores and SDS scores of the observation group after treatment were lower than those of the reference group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group (7.14%) was compared with that in the reference group (8.93%), P>0.05. Conclusion: Red and blue light combined with adapalene can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and negative emotions of patients with moderate and severe acne, with less adverse reactions.
