| 摘要 |
目的 观察对老年股骨骨折患者开展全面护理对患者应激反应的影响。方法 选择2024年2月至12月本院老年股骨骨折手术患者62例对象，随机均分为2组，任取其中1组进行常规护理（31例，对照组），另1组则进行全面护理（31例，观察组）。对两组患者护理前后应激水平、生活质量以及并发症统计。结果 观察组护理后应激水平低于对照组，P<0.05。生活质量，观察组高于对照组，P<0.05。并发症发生率，观察组低于对照组，P<0.05。结论 对老年股骨骨折患者开展全面护理可以针对患者术后恢复期间应激反应症状进行改善，并提升患者生活质量，降低并发症发生率，有助于患者恢复。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing on stress response in elderly patients with femoral fractures. Methods 62 elderly patients with femoral fractures who underwent surgery in our hospital from February to December 2024 were randomly divided into two groups. One group received routine care (31 cases, control group), while the other group received comprehensive care (31 cases, observation group). Statistics on stress levels, quality of life, and complications before and after nursing care for two groups of patients. Results The stress level in the observation group after nursing was lower than that in the control group, P<0.05. The quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, P<0.05. The incidence of complications was lower in the observation group than in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care for elderly patients with femoral fractures can improve their stress response symptoms during postoperative recovery, enhance their quality of life, reduce the incidence of complications, and facilitate their recovery.
