[Abstract] Objective: To explore the effects of bifidobacterium triad live combined with quadruple therapy on psychological state, inflammatory factor level and intestinal microflora of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) positive chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) patients with anxiety and depression. Methods:A total of 107 Hp-positive CAG patients with anxiety and depression in our department from August 2018 to December 2020 were selected, and they were divided into two groups using the envelope method. The control group received 53 patients with quadruple therapy Hp eradication treatment, and the observation group 54 patients combined Bifidus triple viable bacteria were treated, and the clinical efficacy, Hp eradication rate, adverse mental state, inflammatory factor levels, and intestinal flora were compared between the two groups of patients.Results: After treatment, the clinical efficacy, Hp eradication rate, number of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, Hamilton Anxiety Scale , Hamilton Depression Scale score, interleukin 6 The levels of C-reactive protein and tumor necrosis factor alpha , Escherichia coli, Clostridium, and Bacteroides were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Bifidus triple viable bacteria combined with quadruple therapy can significantly improve the treatment effect and eradication rate of Hp-positive CAG patients with anxiety and depression, reduce the level of inflammatory factors, improve the number of intestinal flora, and relieve the anxiety and depression of patients。
