摘要
目的 探究门诊预检分诊中持续提升护理质量的效果。方法 选择我院在2024年1月份至2024年12月份于我院门诊就诊的200例患者进行研究,随机分成对照组和实验组,每组100例患者,对照组常规护理,实验组持续护理质量提升的管理模式,对比两组预检分诊耗时、结果 对比护理满意度评分。结果 实验组患者预检分诊耗时更短,分诊结果优于对照组,P<0.05,评估患者的护理满意度评分,实验组优于对照组,p<0.05。结论 在门诊预检分诊中提供持续提升护理质量的管理模式,可以缩短其分诊耗时,提升分诊结果,提高护理满意度评分,使得患者的分诊准确率更高,值得提倡。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of continuously improving the quality of nursing in outpatient-examination and triage. Methods A total of 200 patients who visited the outpatient department of our hospital from January to December 2024 selected for the study and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 100 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing, the experimental group received a management model of continuous improvement of nursing quality. The time and results of pre-examination and triage were compared between the two groups; the satisfaction score was also compared. Results The patients in the experimental group had a shorter pre-examination and triage time and better triage results than those in the group (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Providing a management model of continuous improvement of nursing quality in outpatient pre-examination and triage can shorten the triage time, improve the triage results and increase the nursing satisfaction score, making the patients triage accuracy rate higher, which is worth advocating.
