Objective To analyze the effect of flexible nursing combined with Kegel exercise on painless delivery. Methods A total of 80 parturients admitted to our hospital from October 2023 to October 2024 were selected for research and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 40 parturients in each group. The control group received routine management, and the experimental group received flexible nursing combined with Kegel exercise. The incidence of urinary retention, bladder volume, maximum urinary flow rate and maximum bladder capacity of the two groups were analyzed, and the delivery process of the two groups of parturients was evaluated. Results After intervention, the incidence of urinary retention in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, p<0.05. The bladder volume, maximum urinary flow rate and maximum capacity of the two groups of parturients were all less than the day before delivery. However, after intervention, the various indicators of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, p<0.05. Compared with the delivery process of the two groups of parturients, the delivery process of the experimental group was shorter, p<0.05. Conclusion Providing flexible nursing combined with Kegel exercise to painless delivery women can effectively shorten the delivery process, reduce the occurrence of urinary retention, and promote the recovery of bladder function of women, which is worth promoting.
