摘要
目的 健康教育在自体造血干细胞移植患者心理护理中的应用价值分析。方法 选择2021年1月~2022年6月在我科进行自体造血干细胞移植的患者80例,以抽签法分为对照组与观察组,每组40例,对照组:心理护理,观察组:心理护理+健康教育,比较两组负性情绪(焦虑(SAS)、抑郁(SDS)),自我效能感(一般自我效能感量表(GSES))、健康知识认知程度、自我护理行为,生存质量(QLQ-C30质量问卷中文版),并发症发生率。结果 护理前,两组SAS、SDS评分比较,P>0.05;护理后,观察组评分低于对照组,P<0.05;护理前,两组GSES、健康知识认知程度、自我护理行为比较,P>0.05;护理后,观察组评分较对照组更高,P<0.05;护理前,两组QLQ-C30评分对比,P>0.05;护理后,观察组较对照组评分更高,P<0.05;两组并发症发生率对比,P>0.05。结论 健康教育在自体造血干细胞移植患者心理护理中应用可提升心理护理效果,可增强患者自我效能感、健康知识认知程度,改善自我护理行为,提高患者生活质量,还可减少并发症。
Abstract
Objective Analysis of the application value of health education in patients with autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Methods selected in January 2021 to June 2022 in 80 cases, divided into control group and observation group, each group 40 cases: psychological nursing, observation group: psychological care + health education, compare two groups of negative mood (anxiety (SAS), depression (SDS)), self-efficacy (general self-efficacy scale (GSES)), health knowledge cognition, self-care behavior, quality of survival (QLQ-C30 quality questionnaire Chinese version), complication rate. Results Before nursing, the score of SAS and SDS in the two groups, P> 0.05; after nursing, the observation group was lower than the control group, P <0.05; before nursing, GSES, health knowledge awareness, self-care behavior, P> 0.05; after nursing, the observation group, P <0.05; after nursing, P> 0.05, after nursing, P <0.05; the incidence of complications in the two groups, P> 0.05. Conclusion The application of health education in the psychological care of patients with autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation can improve the effect of psychological care, enhance patients self-efficacy, health knowledge cognition, improve self-care behavior, improve the quality of life of patients, and reduce complications.
