【摘要】 分析孤独症患儿应用机构联合家庭新康复模式治疗后社交能力与心理健康状况的变化。方法 将我院93例孤独症患儿采用掷币法分组，对照组46例予常规机构式康复训练，观察组47例联合家庭康复训练，对比训练后心理健康状况、社交能力、症状及家庭生活质量变化。结果 治疗后，观察组中国心理教育量表评分（C-PEP）、简明健康测量量表评分(SF-36)高于对照组，孤独症治疗评估量表评分（ATEC）、孤独症儿童评定量表评分(ABC)低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 机构联合家庭新康复模式有效调节孤独症患儿心理状态，改善患儿家庭生活质量及社交能力。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective To analyze the changes in social abilities and mental health of children with autism after treatment with a new family rehabilitation model. Methods 93 children with autism in our hospital were divided into groups by coin toss, 46 cases in the control group received regular institutional rehabilitation training, and 47 cases in the observation group combined with family rehabilitation training. The mental health status, social skills, symptoms and family life after training were compared. Quality changes. Results After treatment, the scores of the Chinese Psychological Education Scale (C-PEP) and the Concise Health Measurement Scale (SF-36) of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the Autism Treatment Evaluation Scale (ATEC) and the evaluation of children with autism The table score (ABC) was lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The institution and the new family rehabilitation model can effectively regulate the mental state of children with autism, and improve the quality of family life and social skills of children with autism.
