Objective To analyze the value of quantitative evaluation nursing in patients undergoing radiofrequency ablation for arrhythmia. Methods A total of 92 patients with arrhythmia who underwent radiofrequency ablation in our hospital from September 2023 to December 2024 were selected. The enrolled cases were randomly divided into two groups, with 46 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received quantitative evaluation nursing care. Evaluate the intervention effects of two groups based on emotional state, cardiac function indicators, and major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE). Results After intervention, the scores of the Self Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self Rating Depression Scale (SDS) in the observation group decreased compared to the control group (P<0.05). After intervention, the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and stroke volume (SV) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The total occurrence of MACE in the observation group decreased compared to the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Quantitative evaluation nursing for patients undergoing radiofrequency ablation for arrhythmia can help alleviate negative emotions, promote cardiac function recovery, and reduce the occurrence of MACE.
