| 摘要 |
目的 课程思政是高校教师实现“立德树人”根本任务重要途径。本文以护理基本技能实践课为例,探讨护理早期接触临床课程思政教学阿方法及实施效果。方法 在2022年10月至2023年10月护理早期接触临床课程的94名学生中开展基本技能实践课课程思政教学。课程结束后调查学生对课程思政教学效果感知和教学活动认可度,了解学生参与体验。结果 学生对教学效果感知为95.8%~97.9%,对教学活动的认可为86.2%~96.8%。学习体验析出三大主题,包括思政素材与专业知识融合好,教学活动多样且参与感高,对价值塑造起到积极作用。结论 护理早期接触临床课程思政教学有助于培养学生职业素养和人文情怀,教学模式受到学生认可。

| Abstract |
Objective Course ideological and political education is an important way for university teachers to achieve the fundamental task of "cultivating morality and nurturing talents". This article takes the practical course of basic nursing skills as an example to explore the ideological and political teaching methods and implementation effects of clinical courses in early nursing exposure. Methods Conduct ideological and political education on basic skills practical courses among 94 students who were exposed to clinical courses in early nursing from October 2022 to October 2023. After the course, investigate students perception of the effect of ideological and political teaching and their recognition of teaching activities to understand students participation experience. Results The students perception of teaching effectiveness ranged from 95.8% to 97.9%, and their recognition of teaching activities ranged from 86.2% to 96.8%. The learning experience has identified three main themes, including the integration of ideological and political materials with professional knowledge, diverse teaching activities with high participation, and a positive role in shaping values. Conclusion Early exposure to clinical course ideological and political education in nursing can help cultivate students professional ethics and humanistic feelings, and the teaching mode is recognized by students.
