| 摘要 |
目的 分析结肠癌患者围手术期优质护理的效果及对并发症的影响。方法 选取2023年3月至2024年5月收治的结肠癌患者76例，随机分为观察组（优质护理）和对照组（常规护理）各38例，对比效果。结果 观察组心理状态、并发症发生率低于对照组，生活质量评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 优质护理可有效提升结肠癌患者护理效果，降低并发症。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of high-quality perioperative nursing on patients with colon cancer and its impact on complications. Methods 76 patients with colon cancer treated from March 2023 to May 2024 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group (high-quality care) and a control group (routine care) of 38 cases each to compare the effects. Results The psychological state and complication rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion High-quality nursing can effectively improve the nursing effect of colon cancer patients and reduce complications.
