| 摘要 |
卫生与健康事业事关人民群众的切身利益,在全面提升医疗质量行动中，我院持续创新，在健康管理工作中改变传统体检方式，实施错峰体检模式，将优化医疗服务就医体验政策落实到实处。健康服务建设新模式实施后，不仅群众就医体验获得感明显提高，健康意识也显著增强，工作效率提升明显；放大错峰体检模式运用，推广成效较为明显，带动了医联体内基层医院的体检工作进一步开展，创新推动了健康管理的工作模式。

| Abstract |
Health and wellness are closely related to the vital interests of the people. In the comprehensive improvement of medical quality, our hospital continues to innovate and change the traditional physical examination method in health management work, implementing staggered physical examination mode, and implementing policies to optimize the medical service experience in practice. After the implementation of the new model of health service construction, not only has the publics sense of medical experience significantly improved, but their health awareness has also been significantly enhanced, and work efficiency has been significantly improved; The application of the staggered physical examination mode has been widely promoted and has achieved significant results, driving the further development of physical examination work in grassroots hospitals within the medical alliance, and innovating and promoting the work mode of health management.
