本文着重聚焦于18F-FDG PET/CT心肌代谢显像检查前的流程化护理。流程化护理涉及多个关键方面。血糖调整严格规范，为高质量显像奠定基础；心理护理贴心周到，有效缓解患者的焦虑情绪；健康教育全面深入，显著提升患者对检查的认知。流程化护理成效斐然，不仅提高检查准确性，还极大优化患者体验，降低医疗风险。通过深入探讨这些内容，为临床护理提供了极具针对性与标准化的参考，助力提升整体医疗服务质量，更好地服务于冠心病患者的诊疗。

| Abstract |
This article focuses on the procedural nursing before 18F-FDG PET/CT myocardial metabolic imaging examination. Process based nursing involves multiple key aspects. Strict and standardized blood glucose regulation , laying the foundation for high-quality imaging; Psychological care is thoughtful and effective in alleviating patients anxiety; Comprehensive and in-depth health education has significantly improved patients understanding of examinations. Process based nursing has achieved remarkable results, not only improving the accuracy of examinations, but also greatly optimizing the patient experience and reducing medical risks. Through in-depth exploration of these contents, highly targeted and standardized references have been provided for clinical nursing, helping to improve the overall quality of medical services and better serve the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease patients.
