| 摘要 |
目的 探讨在三叉神经痛治疗过程中融入暗示性心理护理的干预效益。方法 收集因三叉神经痛于2024年1月~2025年1月就医的患者60例，经以随机法分组，对照组采取常规护理，观察组则加入暗示性心理护理，评价应用疗效差异。结果 观察组的不良情绪及疼痛感评分低于对照组（P＜0.05），观察组的生活质量评分高于对照组（P＜0.05），观察组的护理满意度评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 经暗示性心理护理实施后，可有效缓解患者的不良情绪，减轻其疼痛感的同时，还有助于提升患者的就医满意度与生活质量，建议推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the intervention benefits of incorporating suggestive psychological care in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia. Methods Sixty patients who sought medical treatment for trigeminal neuralgia from January 2024 to January 2025 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received suggestive psychological nursing care. The differences in therapeutic effects were evaluated. Results The bad mood and pain scores were lower than the observation group (P <0.05), the quality of life score was higher than the control group (P <0.05), and the nursing satisfaction score was higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of suggestive psychological nursing can effectively alleviate patients negative emotions, and it is recommended to promote it.
