| 摘要 |
目的 探析基于快速康复外科理念的疼痛管理应用于骨科创伤患者中的实际成效。方法 选择2023年10月至2024年10月我院的骨科创伤患者80例为研究样本，按照信封法随机分成参考组及实验组，每组均含40例，参考组采取常规护理管理，实验组采取基于快速康复外科；理念的疼痛管理。对比两组的术后疼痛程度及并发症发生情况。结果 实验组的术后疼痛评分均显著更低（P<0.05）；实验组的并发症发生率显著更低（P<0.05）。结论 运用基于快速康复外科理念的疼痛管理于骨科创伤患者中，可有效减轻患者术后疼痛感，并降低并发症风险，加速患者的全面康复。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the practical effectiveness of pain management based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in orthopedic trauma patients. Methods 80 orthopedic trauma patients from our hospital from October 2023 to October 2024 were selected as the research sample. They were randomly divided into a reference group and an experimental group using the envelope method, with 40 patients in each group. The reference group received routine nursing management, while the experimental group received fast rehabilitation surgery; The concept of pain management. Compare the postoperative pain levels and incidence of complications between the two groups. Results The postoperative pain scores of the experimental group were significantly lower (P<0.05); The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of pain management based on the concept of rapid recovery surgery in orthopedic trauma patients can effectively reduce postoperative pain, lower the risk of complications, and accelerate comprehensive recovery.
