| 摘要 |
目的 分析鼻咽癌放疗患者提供综合护理干预对癌因性疲乏的影响。方法 本次研究患者的数量为80例，初始时间为2023年6月份，截止时间2024年6月份，将其分成对照组和实验组，每组40例，对照组患者常规性护理、实验组患者综合护理干预，评估患者鼻咽癌疲乏评分，生活质量。结果 实验组患者癌因性疲乏优于对照组，P＜0.05，实验组患者生活质量更佳，p<0.05。结论 为鼻咽癌放疗患者提供综合护理干预，提升患者生活质量的同时改善患者的癌因性疲乏程度。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on cancer-related fatigue in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated with radiotherapy. Methods The number of patients in this study was 80, the initial time was June 2023, the end time was June 2024, they were divided into control group and experimental group, each group of 40 cases, the control group of patients with routine nursing, the experimental group of patients with comprehensive nursing intervention, the evaluation of patients with nasopharyngeal cancer fatigue score, quality of life. Results Cancer fatigue in the experimental group was better than that in the control group (P <0.05). The quality of life in the experimental group was better (p<0.05). Conclusion To provide comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy, improve the quality of life of patients and improve the degree of cancer-related fatigue.
