Objective To explore the clinical effects and patient satisfaction of integrated rehabilitation nursing on patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 80 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from May 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group (40 cases, conventional nursing) and an observation group (40 cases, integrated rehabilitation nursing) using a numerical table. Compare the frequency of angina pectoris, quality of life, nursing satisfaction, and changes in cardiac function between two groups. The frequency of angina pectoris in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the scores of quality of life and nursing satisfaction were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The cardiac function indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of integrated rehabilitation nursing in patients with coronary heart disease can effectively improve their cardiac function, enhance their quality of life, and increase their satisfaction with nursing services. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
