| 摘要 |
目的 探析心理护理与行为指导应用于青少年精神障碍患者中的实际成效。方法 以2023年9月至2024年9月于我院接受治疗的80例青少年精神障碍患者为研究样本，依照信封法随机分成参考组（40例，实施常规护理）与实验组（40例，实施心理护理及行为指导）。比较两组的临床疗效差异。结果 护理后，实验组的HAMA及HAMD评分均明显更低（P<0.05）；实验组的生活质量评分显著更高（P<0.05）。结论 心理护理与行为指导应用于青少年精神障碍患者的护理中，能有效提升其心理健康状况，优化生活质量，具有临床推广的重要意义。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the practical effectiveness of psychological nursing and behavioral guidance applied to adolescent patients with mental disorders. Methods A total of 80 adolescent patients with mental disorders who received treatment in our hospital from September 2023 to September 2024 were selected as the research sample. They were randomly divided into a reference group (40 cases, receiving routine care) and an experimental group (40 cases, receiving psychological care and behavioral guidance) using the envelope method. Compare the clinical efficacy differences between the two groups. Results After nursing, the HAMA and HAMD scores of the experimental group were significantly lower (P<0.05); The quality of life score of the experimental group was significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of psychological nursing and behavioral guidance in the care of adolescent patients with mental disorders can effectively improve their mental health status, optimize their quality of life, and has important clinical significance for promotion.
