| 摘要 |
目的 分析PDCA规范化护理对小儿哮喘患者护理质量的影响。方法 选取2023年12月至2024年5月在我院收治的56例小儿哮喘患者作为观察对象。随机分为对照组（28例）和观察组（28例），对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用PDCA规范化护理干预。对比两组患者肺功能指标及护理质量。结果 观察组肺功能指标（FEVl、FVC、PEF)都优于对照组，护理质量更高，其差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 小儿哮喘患者采用PDCA规范化护理的效果显著，能有效改善肺功能指标，提升护理质量，值得临床上推广应用，为小儿哮喘的护理提供了科学有效的模式，助力患儿康复与成长。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the impact of PDCA standardized nursing on the quality of nursing care for pediatric asthma patients. Methods 56 pediatric asthma patients admitted to our hospital from December 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the observation subjects. Randomly divided into a control group (28 cases) and an observation group (28 cases), the control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received PDCA standardized nursing intervention. Compare lung function indicators and nursing quality between two groups of patients. Results The lung function indicators (FEVl, FVC, PEF) of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the nursing quality was higher. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The standardized nursing of pediatric asthma patients using PDCA has a significant effect, which can effectively improve lung function indicators, enhance nursing quality, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application. It provides a scientific and effective model for the nursing of pediatric asthma and helps children recover and grow.
