| 摘要 |
目的 探讨延续护理对精神分裂症患者服药依从性及康复的影响。方法 选择2023年1月到2024年1月期间的100例精神分裂症患者分为对照组与观察组，每组50例。对照组予以常规护理，观察组予以延续护理。比较两组症状严重程度、社会功能障碍以及服药依从性。结果 观察组患者的PANSS评分低于对照组，PSP、服药依从性评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 延续护理可有效提高精神分裂症患者服药依从性，缓解功能障碍，促进康复。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the impact of continuous nursing on medication adherence and rehabilitation in patients with schizophrenia. Methods 100 patients with schizophrenia from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received continued care. Compare the severity of symptoms, social dysfunction, and medication adherence between two groups. Results The PANSS score of the observation group patients was lower than that of the control group, PSP、 The medication adherence scores were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Continued care can effectively improve medication adherence, alleviate functional impairment, and promote rehabilitation in patients with schizophrenia.
