Objective To explore the role of adopting a full green channel nursing pathway in emergency nursing of children with febrile convulsions, and its impact on complications and outcomes. Methods 28 children with febrile seizures admitted to our hospital from February 2024 to October 2024 were selected as the observation subjects and randomly divided into a control group (14cases) and an observation group (14 cases). The control group received routine emergency care, while the observation group received full green channel nursing pathway. Compare the disappearance time of convulsions, fever reduction time, hospitalization time, and incidence of complications between two groups of children. Results The observation group had shorter seizure disappearance time, fever reduction time, and hospitalization time compared to the control group, and had a lower incidence of complications. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The green channel nursing pathway throughout the entire process can effectively improve the quality of emergency nursing for children with febrile seizures, shorten the disappearance time, fever reduction time, hospitalization time, and reduce the incidence of complications.
