| 摘要 |
目的 本研究旨在探讨围术期整体护理对混合痔患者术后疼痛程度的改善效果。方法 护理人员收录2020年1月至2024年12月期间接受混合痔手术治疗的50例患者，分为实验组（接受整体护理）和对照组（接受常规护理），每组25例。结果 实验组疼痛评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）。实验组生活质量评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 整体护理在混合痔患者的术后康复中具有重要的价值，值得推广使用。

| Abstract |
Objective This study aims to explore the effects of integrated perioperative nursing on mitigating postoperative pain in patients with mixed hemorrhoids. Methods A cohort of 50 individuals undergoing surgical treatment for mixed hemorrhoids between January 2020 and December 2024 was selected by the nursing department. Participants were divided into two equal groups: an experimental group (receiving comprehensive nursing care) and a control group (provided with routine nursing care), with 25 patients in each. Results The experimental group showed a marked decrease in pain intensity relative to the control group (P < 0.05). Furthermore, evaluations of life quality in the experimental group were significantly superior to those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Therefore, comprehensive nursing care proves to be highly effective in promoting postoperative recovery for mixed hemorrhoid patients and warrants wider adoption.
